Symptoms and Effects of Female Hair Loss
Hair loss is a state that affects both men & women. Although to a smaller degree as compared to men, women also experience loss of hair. Actually, it has been surveyed that hair loss in women is more prevalent than it was earlier believed. With now over 20 million Americans suffering from symptoms & effects of hair loss & the stress it causes. The psychological & emotional effects of hair loss are also far superior in females than in males as hairs are considered as crucial part of an attractive & positive image.

Hereditary genes is not the cause of female hair loss but the brief problems in metabolism that usually accompanies in conditions like medications, anorexia ,surgery, pregnancy, stress, infection & other serious health problems. Consuming drugs would also negatively affect hair with its effects ranging from dryness & weakness to falling of hair. One more reason of hair loss in females is the reducing level of estrogen.
Unlike males, where balding is mostly seen at the front of the forehead (or else known as a thinning hair line), in women partial balding is primarily seen in the areas on the top & sides of the head
